Installation : 
*You need to install PES 2018 Datapack 1.0 + Datapack 2.0 + Datapack 3.0 first before using this patch !

1. Extract the rar file with WinRAR.
2. Run setup as administrator and put installation location to your PES 2018 game

C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\

3. Done !
